At Vapes4you, we attach great importance to the protection of minors and, for legal reasons, must introduce two-stage age verification.

We use a solution that does not require any additional effort on your part.

Step 1: Age verification during the ordering process

To place an order you need a Vapes4you customer account. To do this you enter your name, address, date of birth and a password. The check is then carried out automatically in the background at Schufa Holding AG. Don't worry, no Schufa score data is requested. This is only about whether you are of legal age (18+).

Alternatively, you can verify yourself with one of your identification documents. We support verification with an identity card, residence permit or passport.

Vapes4you does not store any personal information regarding your ID details.

The verification will be linked to your customer account so that you can place future orders without having to verify again. To do this, simply log in with your email address and password.

Step 2: Age verification when parcel is handed over by DHL

The second age verification takes place when DHL hands over the package. You do not have to accept the package in person; it is only important that the person accepting it is of legal age (18+). Please note that for legal reasons, deliveries cannot be made to packing stations. Alternatively, you can have the package delivered to your workplace or directly to a post office.

Please always have a valid identification document with you, e.g. identity card, passport, residence permit or driving license.
